Five Star Solutions is hiring bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agents (English/Spanish) to support a healthcare enrollment program. This remote role leverages scripted calls to help eligible members understand and enroll in health programs, while delivering strong customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have outbound/call center or enrollment experience, fluent English and Spanish, and comfort using Salesforce. The position offers full-time hours with a remote setup across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, call center, customer service, sales, or enrollment.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable following a scripted, yet natural conversation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
• Follow established scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
• Engage members in professional, friendly conversations.
• Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
• Address questions and objections while focusing on enrollment.
• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems during calls.
• Reference general health or prescription information already in the system.
• Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
• Meet quality, productivity, and enrollment goals.
• Protect member information and follow privacy/compliance procedures.
