This remote role focuses on helping members understand and enroll in available health programs, with a structured script and clear enrollment procedures.

Paid training is provided, and the position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Experienced in outbound calling or enrollment processes.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to follow scripted conversations professionally.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using an automated dialing system.
