Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking bilingual Outbound Enrollment Agents (English/Spanish) to support a healthcare enrollment program. This remote role uses scripted calls to help eligible members understand and enroll in available health programs. Strong communication, CRM use, and adherence to privacy standards are required.

Training is provided; 40-hour full-time schedule with some weekend coverage. Compensation starts at $17 per hour with a $1 differential for nights and weekends, plus

Qualifications

• Outbound calling or enrollment experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Comfortable following a scripted, structured dialogue.
• Ability to handle questions and objections confidently.
• Professional, empathetic communication style.
• Experience with CRM systems and multiple applications.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible health-plan members using an automated dialing system.
• Follow scripts and enrollment procedures accurately.
• Engage members in professional, friendly conversations.
• Explain program benefits and enrollment opportunities clearly.
• Address questions and objections while focusing on enrollment.
• Navigate Salesforce CRM and other required systems while speaking with members.
• Document call outcomes and enrollment activity accurately.
• Meet quality, productivity, and enrollment goals.
• Protect member information and follow privacy and compliance procedures.
