Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking compassionate, bilingual Disability Specialists to support Medicaid members from a 100% remote U.S. team.

You will serve as the primary contact, verify documentation, and manage eligibility processes with care and professional conduct. You will coordinate with healthcare providers and government agencies, ensure accurate submissions, and maintain HIPAA compliance while helping members access benefits and financial relief.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Highly empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for health plan members, maintaining regular communication and clarifying information.
• Liaise with medical providers, Social Security offices, and government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit signed forms, medical records, and eligibility data for complete applications.
• Proactively manage cases and follow up to secure disability benefits.
• Maintain HIPAA and information security compliance and navigate multiple software systems.
