Job summary

Centauri Health Solutions is seeking compassionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Bilingual Disability Specialists in a 100% remote role. You will support Medicaid members by guiding them through applications, ensuring completeness, and providing dedicated assistance.

You will act as the main contact, liaising with providers and government agencies, collecting and submitting required documents, and safeguarding patient information under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Experience in social services, case management, disability/claims processing, or government agencies is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Meticulously detail-oriented; accuracy matters.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Suite and multiple platforms.
• Resilient multitasker in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for health plan members and clarify information.
• Liaise with medical providers, Social Security, and government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit all necessary signed forms, medical records, and eligibility data.
