Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write).
• 2–3 years in healthcare or eligibility screening, case management, or high-touch customer service.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP, or SNP is a major plus.
• Comfort navigating multiple screens and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Compassionate Conversations: Make and receive calls with members needing to apply for or obtain Medicaid, LIS, MSP.
• The 'Human Translator': Determine eligibility and explain complex regulations in simple terms.
• Application Mastery: Gather and verify sensitive personal and financial details for accurate enrollment.
• Regulatory Standards: Maintain HIPAA and company compliance standards.
• Database Navigation: Manage multiple software systems to track member progress.
