Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking compassionate bilingual Disability Specialists to support Medicaid members through the Social Security disability process in a fully remote capacity. You will advocate for members, gather required documents, and guide applications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service, fluency in English and Spanish, and a meticulous, patient approach. The role offers comprehensive training, equipment, and a bonus program.

Competenze

• 2+ years in customer service; experience in social services or disability/claims is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to de-escalate challenging conversations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple software platforms.
• Able to manage high-volume calls and maintain accuracy in documentation.

Mansioni

• Be the main point of contact for members, answering questions and guiding them through the process.
• Liaise with Social Security offices and providers to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit forms, medical records, and eligibility data.
• Manage multiple cases with patience, resilience, and professionalism.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect confidential information.
• Navigate and document progress across several databases.
