Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with de‑escalation ability.
• Attention to detail and goal-driven.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for health plan members, communicating clearly and answering questions.
• Liaise with medical providers, Social Security offices, and agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit signed forms, records, and eligibility data for complete applications.
• Manage accounts and follow through to secure disability benefits while maintaining professionalism.
• Adhere to HIPAA and information security policies for data safety.
• Navigate multiple databases to track progress and documentation.
