Job summary

Centauri Health Solutions is seeking compassionate bilingual Disability Specialists to support Medicaid members through the Social Security disability process. You will be the main advocate, guiding members and gathering required documentation to secure benefits.

In a structured, performance-driven environment, you will handle high-volume calls, coordinate with SSA and providers, and ensure accurate data entry while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related field.
• Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Meticulously detail-oriented with focus on accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for health plan members, maintaining regular communication and clarifying complex information.
• Liaise with medical providers, Social Security offices, and other agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit signed forms, medical records, and eligibility data to ensure complete applications.
• Manage multiple accounts, anticipate requirements, and take actions to secure disability benefits.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safeguard data; navigate multiple databases to track progress.
