Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and de-escalate.
• Meticulous attention to detail and resilient problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for health plan members, answering questions and clarifying information.
• Coordinate with Social Security offices, providers, and agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit forms, medical records, and eligibility data.
• Thoughtfully manage accounts and follow up to secure benefits until all options are exhausted.
