Job summary

Centauri Health Solutions in the United States is seeking a Remote Member Advocate to support Medicaid, MSP, and LIS enrollment by phone. You will verify sensitive personal and financial details and ensure 100% accurate enrollment while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, has 2–3 years in healthcare or high-touch service, and is comfortable using multiple screens and Microsoft Teams and Outlook while documenting in real time.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare experience in eligibility screening, case management, or high-touch customer service.
• Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP, or SNP is a major plus.
• Comfortable navigating multiple screens and documenting in real time.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with members applying for or maintaining Medicaid, MSP, and LIS.
• Gather and verify personal and financial details to ensure accurate enrollment.
• Explain regulatory requirements in simple, warm terms.
• Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance while using multiple software systems.
