Job summary

Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Disability Specialist to support Medicaid members. This remote position emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and meticulous data handling as you guide clients through the Social Security disability process.

You will manage high-volume calls, coordinate with agencies, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding HIPAA standards. A training program and equipment are provided to help you succeed in this essential role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken, read, and written).
• Experience in social services, case management, disability/claims processing, or working with government agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for members, acting as the main point of contact and guiding them through the Social Security disability process.
• Liaise with health plans, medical providers, Social Security offices, and other government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit signed forms, medical records, and eligibility data to ensure complete applications.
