Centauri Health Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Disability Specialist to support Medicaid members remotely. You will advocate for members, gather documentation, and coordinate with agencies to move applications forward.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to learn.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Suite.
• Resilient multitasker in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact for health plan members and guide them through the Social Security disability process.
• Liaise with medical providers, Social Security offices, and government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit signed forms, medical records, and eligibility data for complete applications.
• Manage accounts and progress, taking actions to secure disability benefits.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security.
