Responsibilities

• Advocate for members and guide through Social Security disability process.
• Serve as main contact for health plan members; maintain regular communication and clarify information.
• Coordinate with medical providers, Social Security offices, and government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit forms, medical records, and eligibility data to complete applications.
• Manage multiple software systems and databases to track progress and documentation.
