Centauri Health Solutions, Inc is seeking compassionate bilingual Disability Specialists to advocate for Medicaid members through the Social Security disability process. You will serve as the primary contact for members, coordinate with agencies, and gather required documentation to complete applications.

The role emphasizes empathy, attention to detail, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available nationwide, with training and equipment provided to support success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Experience with social services, case management, or government agencies is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the main point of contact for health plan members, providing guidance and answering questions.
• Liaise with Social Security offices and other government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit forms, medical records, and eligibility data.
• Proactively manage cases to secure benefits while maintaining professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and information security policies.
• Navigate multiple software systems to track member progress and documentation.
