Job summary

Centauri Health Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Disability Specialist to support Medicaid members remotely. You will serve as the main contact, liaise with providers and government agencies, and manage applications end-to-end while ensuring data accuracy and HIPAA-compliant handling.

You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, leveraging MS Office and CRM tools to track cases and document progress.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or call-center environments.
• Experience in social services, case management, or disability/claims processing is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to follow HIPAA-like data handling and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for members, answering questions and clarifying information.
• Coordinate with medical providers and government agencies to keep applications on track.
• Gather, verify, and submit forms, records, and eligibility data accurately.
• Proactively manage cases and drive them toward disability benefits.
• Navigate multiple software systems to track progress and documentation.
