Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions; update through training and reviews.
• Assist with orders, returns, tracking shipments, and account information; ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Record all interactions in databases and generate reports to track performance and trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to address complex inquiries and escalations.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience and workflows.
