Group O, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) in the United States. The role focuses on delivering efficient and courteous responses to customer questions and concerns.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries about orders, product information, billing, and account maintenance, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic customer service and phone handling experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with inquiries, orders, product information, billing questions, account maintenance, or technical support; provide prompt, courteous responses.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, identify root causes, and resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction using available resources.
• Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers, showing empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Maintain understanding of products, services, pricing, and promotions; update knowledge through training and documentation review.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, tracking shipments, and managing account information.
• Record all customer interactions accurately and generate reports to track performance and trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical support to address inquiries needing escalation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and training to enhance the customer experience.
