Job summary

BCA Financial Services in the United States is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to help consumers resolve accounts with empathy and clarity. You will work Monday–Friday from home, earning $17/hour plus monthly commission and benefits.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through account options, documenting interactions in our systems, and meeting performance goals with coaching support. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual Required(Fluent in English and Spanish).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
