Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a bilingual call center agent to support consumers from home. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, explain accounts, and offer payment options while documenting interactions.

Requirements include 1+ year in a call center or customer service, fluent English and Spanish, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and residence in FL, MO, SC, or VA with a quiet workspace. We provide equipment, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
