Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to assist consumers with their accounts from home. The role offers a base of $17/hour plus monthly commissions, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

You will help customers navigate their financial responsibilities with empathy and clarity, while the company provides the necessary equipment and training. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a call center or similar setting, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
