Job summary

BCA Financial Services seeks a remote call center specialist in Missouri to help consumers understand their accounts and resolve obligations with empathy and clarity. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with $17/hour plus monthly commission.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, present payment options, document interactions in our systems, and strive to meet performance goals with coaching and support from the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust in sensitive conversations.
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Document interactions accurately in our systems.
• Meet performance goals with coaching support.
