BCA Financial Services is seeking a results-driven Call Center Associate to support consumers with account resolution from home. The role offers $17/hour plus monthly commission, a Monday–Friday schedule, and full-time employment.

You’ll talk with consumers to explain accounts, offer payment options, and document interactions in our systems. The company provides equipment, training, and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).
