Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a remote Collections/Customer Service Representative in the United States. You’ll talk with consumers to explain accounts, discuss payment options, and work toward affordable resolutions from your home office.

We offer $17/hour plus monthly commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, PTO, and company-provided equipment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching)
