Job summary

BCA Financial Services, based in Florida, is seeking a bilingual call center specialist to join our remote team. You will talk with consumers to understand their accounts, offer payment options, and document interactions in our systems. This full-time role is Monday–Friday, offering $17/hour plus monthly commission and company-paid benefits.

Equipment is provided for a home office. Requirements include 1+ year in call center or related fields and English/Spanish bilingual proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)
