Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a bilingual call center specialist to help consumers resolve accounts with empathy and professionalism. This full-time, remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $17/hour base plus monthly commissions and company-provided equipment.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, offer payment options, document interactions, and meet performance goals with coaching. Must reside in FL, MO, SC, or VA and be fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center, customer service, billing, or collections experience.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• Reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to understand accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options, including full balance and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals with coaching.
