MCI is seeking bilingual English/Portuguese Call Center Representatives for remote, work-at-home roles to support customers across multiple industries. The position emphasizes accurate record-keeping, clear bilingual communication, and responsive handling of billing and account inquiries.

Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required for success. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and strong listening skills, with prior bilingual customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Portuguese.
• Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
