• Demonstrates strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Understand market, customer needs and tailor tailored, costed solutions.
• Lead a matrix solution team to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Design high-level service designs with SMEs and operations.
• Collaborate with partners/suppliers and drive value through AI/tech.
• Prepare bid narratives and governances for customer submissions.
• Oversee risk identification and mitigation.
