Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Bid Manager to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions for complex public sector opportunities. You will collaborate with operations, finance and technical leads to shape tailored, costed responses that meet client needs and strategic objectives.

In this role you will manage a matrix team, coordinate stakeholders across bid workstreams, and ensure governance, risk management and a smooth handover to delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience - capturing customer journeys and guiding re-imagination of future journeys.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and value for money.
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments.
• Proven ability working with key bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored, costed delivery solutions with SMEs to meet customer objectives.
• Lead matrix solution team to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with strategy.
• Manage bid teams and stakeholder engagement across the bid.
• Identify risks and ensure handover to transition is effective.
