Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience - capturing existing customer journeys and leading the re‑imagination of future customer journeys via facilitated workshops
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and increase value for money and the documentation of functional technology requirements
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments
• Proven ability working with key bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Builds an understanding of the market and bid opportunity to develop a tailored solution
• Leads and manages a matrix solution team to develop an end‑to‑end solution which aligns with strategy and achieves affordability targets
• Manages customer expectations and oversees solution design to meet client requirements
• Collaborates with technical leads to ensure AI and technology are at the heart of solutions and drive business value
• Create bid narratives and edit written material that forms part of the solution response
• Identify and mitigate risks and support handover to the transition team
