Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending, part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking a mid-level BI Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain reports for the Mortgage Lending Division. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and regulatory reporting support within US laws and investor guidelines.

The position offers remote work with a target pay range of $75,000 to $95,000 and opportunities to automate processes, enhance data dictionaries, and train users in BI

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, SSRS)
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with large datasets and relational databases
• Knowledge of residential mortgage data preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements (HMDA, Fair Lending, state/federal) and support internal committees
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement
• Validate data and develop exception reports
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL)
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Support development of a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools
