Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending is seeking a mid-level BI Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support the Mortgage Lending Division, including HMDA and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate data, automate processes, and deliver insights using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, SSRS).
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Attention to detail with data validation and accuracy.
• Experience with large datasets and relational databases.
• Residential mortgage data knowledge and terminology.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical queries.
• Experience with Agile or Jira project environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Data Analytics and 2–4 years in the Residential Mortgage Industry.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting (HMDA, Fair Lending) and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Perform data validation and develop exception reports.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
• Automate manual reporting processes to reduce errors and save time.
• Support data dictionary development for Mortgage Lending data and document procedures.
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools.
