Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending in the United States is seeking a mid-level Business Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards, analyze mortgage data, and support decision-making across the Mortgage Lending Division. Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience as a Business Reporting Analyst I or similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, SSRS).
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements (HMDA, Fair Lending) and ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Create and maintain a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data and document report procedures.
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools.
