Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a mid-level BI Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the Mortgage Lending Division. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to identify trends, and support regulatory reporting such as HMDA and Fair Lending analyses.

Proficiency in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL is required. The role emphasizes data quality, documentation, and training business users on reporting tools.

Qualifications

Experience building reports/dashboards and analyzing data to support decisions.
Knowledge of HMDA, Fair Lending, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Familiarity with data dictionaries and business glossaries.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights.
Coordinate regulatory reporting and ensure timeliness/accuracy (HMDA, Fair Lending, state/federal).
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Validate data and develop exception reports.
Develop/maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
Automate manual reporting processes to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
Support data dictionary development for Mortgage Lending data and document procedures.
Provide training and support for reporting tools to business users.
