Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending is seeking a mid-level BI Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the Mortgage Lending Division. You will analyze data, identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements and improve reporting processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, Power BI/SSRS/SQL proficiency, and the ability to translate business questions into analytical queries. Remote work options available for this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, SSRS).
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in residential mortgage data terminology and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements as needed and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the reporting requirements (i.e., HMDA, Fair Lending Analysis, state, and federal required reporting) also assist in responding to findings and provide supporting data to internal committee.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Provide training and support business users on reporting tools.
