Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending, part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking a mid-level BI Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support the Mortgage Lending Division. You will analyze data, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.

The role emphasizes Power BI, SSRS, and SQL, with a target salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 and a remote-friendly work arrangement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools necessary.
Experience with large datasets and relational databases preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights.
Coordinate regulatory reporting (HMDA, Fair Lending) and ensure timely accuracy.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
Perform data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy and create exception reports.
Develop and maintain recurring/ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Document data procedures and maintain a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data.
Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools.
