Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending is seeking a mid-level Business Intelligence/Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support decision-making within the Mortgage Lending Division. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and automate reporting processes using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a BI/Reporting Analyst or similar role.
• At least 2 years in Residential Mortgage Industry experience.
• Microsoft Power BI Certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements (HMDA, Fair Lending, state/federal reporting) and support findings with data.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Perform data validation and analysis of reportable data; develop exception reports.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Help develop a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data and document report procedures.
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools.
