Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an Account Development Specialist to lead a beverage portfolio within a targeted account base in Miami. You will drive revenue, increase market share, and conduct brand activations while building strong relationships with key stakeholders in supplier accounts.

In this role you will present new products, perform monthly reviews, and develop training for the sales team and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• 3–5 years in sales or industry related experience for category specific roles.
• CSS Certification or WSET Spirits level 2 or equivalent certifications.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for assigned portfolio in the account base.
• Spend 80% of time in market and build beverage strategies.
• Present products and conduct monthly business reviews.
• Plan and execute high‑end consumer activations in key accounts.
• Lead training modules for sales teams and customers.
