Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks an Account Development Specialist to lead a beverage portfolio in Milwaukee-area accounts. You’ll drive revenue and share, stay in-market for most of your time, and act as the advisor for brand plans and activations.

You will present new products, execute monthly business reviews, and develop training for the sales team and customers while strengthening supplier relationships and field insights across on-premise and retail channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• 3–5 years in sales or industry related and category expertise experience; CSS Certification or WSET Spirits Level 2; or equivalent category certifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication, diplomacy, discretion, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, meet deadlines, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver on revenue and market share of assigned portfolio in base, spending 80% of time in market.
• Serve as expert resource for developing beverage and marketing strategies and plans for growth.
• Research trends and category data to meet supplier goals and present new products monthly.
• Plan high-end consumer activations within key accounts to raise category awareness.
• Lead, report, and share insights for the territory; collaborate with sales teams on creative solutions.
• Develop training modules for sales teams, customers, and suppliers on trends and category priorities.
