Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist participants with questions about their benefits and plan provisions. This fully remote role handles inbound calls, explains options, completes transactions, and guides participants through forms and processes.

Training lasts 7–8 weeks with full-time hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The role offers health/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, paid holidays, and PTO, with a base pay of $16 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries and explain benefits and plan provisions.
• Research questions, provide accurate information, and complete transactions with limited supervision.
• Explain forms and guide participants through processes.
• Complete callbacks promptly and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
• Meet established quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
• Protect confidential participant information and comply with privacy and security requirements.
