Conduent is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist participants with questions about their benefits and plan provisions. This fully remote role primarily handles inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls, and guides participants through applicable forms and processes.

This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable benefits administration experience while providing accurate, professional support in a structured environment with relatively low call volume.
