Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist participants with questions about their benefits in a fully remote role. You will handle inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls, to explain options, complete transactions, and guide participants through forms.

The role offers comprehensive virtual training and the opportunity to gain benefits administration experience while working in a structured environment with relatively low call volume. WFH allowed.

Responsibilities

• Research questions, provide accurate information, and complete transactions with limited supervision.
• Explain forms and guide participants through the appropriate processes.
• Complete callbacks promptly and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
• Meet standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness per client procedures.
• Protect confidential participant information and comply with company and privacy requirements.
