Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to assist participants with questions about their benefits in a fully remote role. You will primarily handle inbound calls, explain plan provisions, complete transactions, and guide participants through forms in a structured environment with relatively low call volume.

Training is comprehensive and virtual, and schedules run between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The role offers a starting pay of $16.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within benefits

Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries and explain applicable benefits and plan provisions.
• Research questions, provide accurate information, and complete transactions with limited supervision.
• Explain forms and guide participants through the appropriate processes.
• Complete callbacks promptly and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system.
• Meet established quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards while following client-specific procedures.
• Protect confidential participant information and comply with applicable company, client, privacy, and security requirements.
