Job summary

Socket.dev is expanding its team and seeking motivated individuals to help union members understand and maximize their benefits from home. This fully remote role emphasizes learning, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with members and families.

You'll assist with benefit questions, educate on coverage, support enrollment and claims, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service. No prior experience required; training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
• Educate members on available coverage and programs.
• Support enrollment and claims processes.
• Build relationships with members and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
