Qualifications

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable, well organized, and capable of working independently from home.
• Willing to learn and receive coaching; training is provided.
• Experience in customer service or sales is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments.
• Conduct individual benefit reviews.
• Present available programs in a clear and professional manner.
• Respond to questions and provide personalized guidance.
• Complete applications and electronic documentation accurately.
• Maintain communication with members throughout the process.
• Provide follow-up assistance when needed.
