Spade Recruiting is expanding its remote team and seeking motivated individuals to assist union members in understanding and selecting benefit programs. You will conduct phone and video appointments, guide members through consultations, and help complete applications with accuracy—all from a fully remote setup.

No prior industry experience is required, and you’ll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance-based incentives as you grow with the team.

Qualifications
