Third Party CS is hiring for a fully remote benefits assistant role. You will help union members understand and maximize available benefits from home, with training and mentorship provided to ensure success.

No prior experience is required as we support growth and career advancement. You will answer benefit questions, educate on coverage and programs, and assist with enrollment and claims while building strong member relationships and maintaining accurate records in a collaborative team

• Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
