Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships within the Employee Benefits sector. This remote role requires a strong sales background and deep knowledge of employee benefits to build a substantial book of business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in Employee Benefits sales, be licensed in California for Life & Health, and be proficient with Salesforce or similar CRMs.

Qualifications

Active Life & Health license in California is required.
Minimum of 5+ years in Employee Benefits sales.
Familiarity with real estate or technology industries is preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a book of business with a revenue target of $750,000.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Employee Benefits.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients and ensure satisfaction.
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and maintain records.
Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
