Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join our growing team. This remote role focuses on driving new business development and managing client relationships within the Employee Benefits sector.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in EB sales, hold an active P&C license in WA or OR, and are proficient with Salesforce. Travel may be required to meet clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of employee benefits sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license in Washington or Oregon.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to build and manage a substantial book of business; remote work allowed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750,000.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Employee Benefits sector, with a preference for real estate or technology accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
