Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships. The role is remote with equipment provided and targets a dynamic, multi-account book of business.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years in Employee Benefits sales, a P&C license for WA/OR, and a proven ability to exceed revenue goals while leveraging Salesforce for activity tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Employee Benefits sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license in WA or OR.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow a book of business with a revenue target of $750,000.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in Employee Benefits, esp. real estate or tech accounts.
• Build and maintain client relationships and tailor client solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Use Salesforce to manage interactions, track activities, and generate reports.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
